Options for Integrating Remote Control with DNA Asset Manager

Many readers may already be familiar with NetSupport Manager Remote Control and already be using it.

DNA offers a simple method of integrating and launching NSM from within the DNA Console, providing instant access to any PC requiring attention. Where NSM is already installed then a Console menu option allows the user to simply point at the location of the NSM executable and that's it.

Thereafter is is simply a question of of selecing the appropriate machine from the console tree view and using the right-mouse option to select and remote control it.
